How To Make Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 of your favorite cookies
- 1 pint of your favorite Ben & Jerry's ice cream or Non-Dairy flavor
Directions

Step 1
Gather all your ingredients. Place your two cookies bottom-side-up on a plate.

Step 2
Place your pint on its side and hold it firmly. Using a sharp knife (we recommend a serrated knife), slice it into thick slices.

Step 3
Place a slice of the ice cream pint on top of one of the cookies and top with the other cookie.

Step 4
Carefully peel the pint packaging away from the ice cream.

Step 5
Enjoy! (Want to save your sandwich for later? Place it in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.)
