Pucker Upper Overnight Oats Layered Smoothie

Overnight Oats Layer - Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

Pucker Upper Layer - Ingredients

  • 1 pint Ben & Jerry’s Pucker Upper sorbet
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients for the Overnight Oats layer in a blender and blend for 15 seconds. Pour equally into two pint jars or glasses. Cover and chill overnight.

  2. Step 2

    Place all ingredients for the Pucker Upper layer in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour equally over the oat layers and serve. Enjoy!
